Um grupo de pessoas reúne-se. Chegam ao local com um pouco de antecedência, sozinhas ou em pequenos grupos. Esperam um pouco. Algumas fumam um cigarro. Algumas lêem na expectativa de ficarem mais bem preparadas para o que vai acontecer. Algumas regozijam-se por se encontrarem, mesmo que a situação não seja propícia a grandes convívios. Algumas trocam palavras de circunstância, por cordialidade. Quando chega a hora, e se encontram reunidas as condições para que tal aconteça, entram. As portas fecham-se e as pessoas ficam lá dentro, protegidas do exterior. Procura-se que, nesta circunstância, se sintam confortáveis. Sentam-se. Ocupam cadeiras dispostas em fila, todas voltadas para o mesmo lado – as de trás numa posição ligeiramente mais alta do que as da frente.
